    It searches all 105 rules plus 26‑B, and shows changes made after March 2025.

  3. Numbers are calculated, not guessed

    Open space, fees and electric-line distance come straight from the rule tables.

  4. Every answer is checked

    Claude writes the answer. A rule the tool did not find, or a quote not word for word, is removed. Nothing left means “not found”.
